The Gel Spot

Here at The Gel Spot we have a 24hr cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled less than 24hrs (even rescheduled) is subject to a 75% of service, cancellation fee. We advise current and potential clients to reach out to your tech or The Gel Spot if you are running behind. Appointments that are 15 minutes or more late are at the discretion of the artist to be charged the 75% cancellation fee. While we understand things can happen, we respect our clients time along with our artists.
